Right now I'm working on two new Gilbert books. In April Fool! Watch Out at School! (Spring 2009), Gilbert seems to fall for everyone's pranks. His own mother puts a gummy worm in his apple, and even Mrs. Byrd plays an April Fool trick on him! But the worst offender is that bully Lewis. Gilbert has to use his wits to finally play the best trick of all.

This is a fun book to draw because I'm including "tricks" of my own. There are mistakes in the art that the reader will have to find throughout the book. Can you see three things that are wrong with this picture?
